Copy outstanding hull material DRL items to a new hull DRL

Copy items from an existing hull material Delivery Request List (DRL) to a new hull material DRL where the outstanding quantity of the source DRL is greater than zero. The new hull material DRL contains the same information as the source DRL, except the following fields: Activity, Work Order, Production Date, and Job.

1. Navigate to the s30003 Hull Material Delivery Request List screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Hull Material Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

4. On the s30003 menu, in the Copy group, select Move/Copy to new DRL.

   A new hull material DRL is created with the status set to DRL Not Completed. The new hull material DRL includes all the items from the source hull material DRL.

5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s30003 Field descriptions.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
