Reopen a substitute material

Reopen a substitute material to update the details of an approved substitute material.

1. Navigate to the s20023 Material Substitution and Deviation screen.

2. In the Material Substitution control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. In the Material grid, select a row.

4. In the Position grid, select the Material Substitution tab.

5. In the Material Substitution grid, select a row.

6. On the s20023 menu, in the Workflow group, from the Workflow dropdown, select Reopen.

   In the General tab, the Approval Status checkbox is cleared for the selected substitute material.
