Find and add a supplier to a contact list

Find relevant suppliers and add one or more suppliers to a contact list.

Navigate to the s50053 Contact Lists screen.

In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Contact List grid, select a row.

On the s50053 menu, in the Options group, select Find Contact Companies.
The d0386 Find Contact Companies dialog appears.

Perform any of the following:

To search for approved suppliers for a project, select Only Approved for Project checkbox.

From the PS Code dropdown, select a Product and Service (PS) code related to the supplier you want to add.

From the Project dropdown, select one or more projects.

From the Country dropdown, select one or more countries.

Select Search.
In the Available Suppliers section, in the grid, a list of available suppliers appear.

In the grid, select one or more rows, and then select the right arrow.
In the Selected Suppliers section, in the grid, the selected suppliers appear.

Select Ok.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The selected suppliers are added to the contact list.
