Common fields in the screen

Field	Description
SI	Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.
Defined By	The ID of a user who created a record.
Defined At	The date and time when a record was created.
Updated By	The ID of a user who updated a record.
Updated At	The date and time when a record was updated.

Current Project control block

Field	Description
Project	The ID of a project related to a sequence number format.
Description	The description of a project related to a sequence number format.
Status	Indicates the status of a project. If the project is closed, you cannot update any information for the sequence number format.
Template	Indicates whether a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations.

Numbering Sequence Formats grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Name	The name of a sequence number format. The name is the concept for which you create a sequence number format.
Description	The description of a sequence number format.
Status	Indicates the status of a sequence number format. If the Status checkbox is selected, the sequence number format is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.
US	User Specific: Indicates the sequence format applies to the users listed in the Users tab, in the Positions grid.
Maximum Sequence length	The maximum length allowed for a sequence number format.

In the Sequence tab, the following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Sequence Number	The sequence of an element within a sequence number format.
Start Position	The first sequence number related to a sequence number format.
Type	The type of a sequence number format. The values are: Text and Sequence Generator.
Text	The text required to be prefixed, suffixed, or contained within a number.
Sequence Generator Length	The required length for a sequence.
Sequence Generator Start	The number from which a sequence starts.
Sequence Generator Increment	The number by which a sequence increments.
Current Sequence Value	The last generated sequence value.

Field	Description
User Id	The ID of a user related to a sequence number format.
Name	The name of a user related to a sequence number format.
Department	The department of a user related to a sequence number format.
