Common fields in the screen

Field	Description
SI	Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.
Defined By	The user who created a record.

Entity Type control block

Field	Description
Entity Type	The unique ID of an entity type.
Show Only Security Audits	Indicates only security audit data appears in the Audits grid.

Audits grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Audit No	The audit number of an entity audit.
Audit Status	S: The status of an entity audit. The values are: Full: The screen level transactions are completely logged. Partial: The screen level transactions are partially logged. None: The screen level transactions are not logged.
Screen Name	The ID of a screen related to an entity audit.
Date/Time	The date and time when an entity audit transaction is recorded.

Audit Details grid

The following table describes the fields in the Audit Details grid.

Field	Description
C	The transaction change related to an entity audit. The values are: Added: A new record is added in the transaction. Deleted: A record is deleted in the transaction. Updated: A record is updated in the transaction.
Audit Type	The type of an entity audit transaction. The values are: ADDED, UPDATED, and DELETED.
Entity Type	The name of an entity related to an entity audit transaction.
Identifier	The ID of an entity related to an entity audit transaction.

Field	Description
Property	The name of a property modified in an entity audit transaction.
Original	The original value of a property in an entity audit transaction before modification.
New	The latest value of a property in an entity audit transaction after modification.

Raw Entity Data	The transaction information related to an entity audit in JSON (.json) string format.
