View the release to dispatch list information of a hull material DRL item

View the material availability details of a hull material Delivery Request List (DRL) item.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• In the Hull Material Delivery Request List grid, in the General tab, ensure the Stock Site or the Activity Site fields of the hull material DRL is updated.

• In the Hull Material Delivery Request List grid, ensure the Production Date of the hull material DRL is updated.

To view the release to dispatch list information of a hull material DRL

1. Navigate to the s30003 Hull Material Delivery Request List screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Hull Material Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

4. On the s30003 menu, in the Options group, select Release to Dispatch List Information.

   The d0024 Release For Dispatch View dialog appears.

5. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

6. In the Item Lines grid, select a row.

   In the Material Balance grid, view the requirements, holding, balance quantity, and so on for the selected material at the Stock Site.
