Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Current Project control block

Project

The ID of a project related to a schedule.

Inspection Schedule Templates grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

Schedule Id

The ID of a schedule.

Schedule Name

The name of a schedule.

Schedule Template

The ID of a schedule template related to a schedule. To view the schedule template in the list of values, ensure the status of the schedule template is Closed in the s52001 Inspection /Expediting Schedule Templates screen.

Schedule Type

Indicates the use of a template schedule. The values are: Inspection and Expediting.

Status

Indicates the status of a schedule.

  • Close Schedule: The schedule is closed and you cannot update the schedule.

  • Change Schedule: You can update the baseline and forecast dates of the schedule.

  • Finish Schedule: The schedule is completed and you cannot update the schedule. The Purchase Order (PO) related to the schedule is completed and ready to close out.

  • Reset status change: You can undo a previously performed status update in the schedule. You cannot reset a status change if the changes are already saved.

Responsible

The user responsible for a schedule. The available users are defined in the s00003 Users screen.

Calendar

The calendar related to a schedule.

Deadline

The date by when an inspection or expediting activity related to a schedule is required for completion.

(Delivery) Baseline

The agreed date for the completion of the activities related to a schedule.

(Delivery) Forecast

The forecast date for the completion of the activities related to a schedule.

Deadline Float

The number of days of float between the deadline and the (delivery) forecast dates of a schedule.

Relative Delivery Date

Indicates the date for a schedule milestone is calculated based on the contractual delivery date.

Forecast Updated At

The date when the forecast of a schedule is updated.

Purchase Order

The ID of a PO related to a schedule.

PO Title

The title of a PO related to a schedule.

PO Delivery Date

The contractual delivery date related to a PO.

Supplier Add

The supplier address related to a PO.

Delivery Destination

The delivery destination related to a PO.

Transport Term

The transport term related to a PO.

Delivery Term

The delivery term related to a PO.

Remarks

The comments related to a schedule.

PO Position

The sequence number of an expediting position in a PO.

Exp Occ

Expediting Occurrence: The ID of an expedite item within a list of expedite items related to a PO position.

Supp Occ

Supplementary Occurrence: The ID of a supplementary occurrence of an expedite item in a PO.

Material Id

The ID of a material related to a PO.

Description

The description of a material related to a PO.

Exp Qty

The quantity of an expedite item in a PO related to an inspection visit.

Deliverable

Indicates whether an item is deliverable.

Inspection Status

The status of an inspection item.

Visit ID

The ID of an inspection visit related to an expedite item.

Visit Pack ID

The ID of a group of expedite items for an inspection release.

Inspection Release Certificate

The ID of a release number for an expedite item.

Non-Release Certificate

The ID of a certificate with details of the items that did not pass inspection.

Total Expediting Items

The number of deliverable expedite items.

Items Not Released

The number of deliverable expedite items that are not released in an inspection visit.

Total Items Released

The number of deliverable expedite items that are released in an inspection visit.

Items Not Assigned

The number of deliverable expedite items not assigned to a release inspection visit.

Items Pending Inspection

The number of expedite items assigned to a pending release visit.

Items Failed Inspection

The number of expedite items that failed in a release inspection.

Released Percentage

The percentage of items released in an inspection visit.

Milestones grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

FC

Indicates whether a milestone forecast of a schedule is time critical.

  • Red: The milestone forecast is after the baseline.

  • Yellow: The milestone forecast is up to two days earlier or on the baseline.

  • Green: The milestone forecast is before the baseline by three or more days.

Seq

The unique sequence of a milestone related to a schedule. The sequence is calculated as per the order in which the milestones are expected to occur in a schedule.

Header/Item

Indicates whether a schedule is a header or an item level schedule. The values are: Header and Item.

Description

The description of a milestone or a lead time related to a schedule.

Baseline

The planned date of a milestone related to a schedule.

Duration before milestone

The number of days between one milestone to the next milestone.

Milestone Duration

The number of days required to complete a milestone.

Fetch Duration

Indicates the duration of the milestone is fetched from the s51011 Shipping Duration screen.

Forecast Start

The date when a milestone of a schedule is scheduled to start.

Forecast Complete

The date when a milestone of a schedule is scheduled to complete.

Actual

The date when a milestone of a schedule is achieved.

Deadline Float

The total time by when you can delay a schedule milestone without delaying the deadline.

The calendar related to a milestone of a schedule.
