Common fields in the screen

Field	Description
SI	Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.
Defined By	The ID of a user who created a record.
Defined At	The date and time when a record was created.
Updated By	The ID of a user who updated a record.
Updated At	The date and time when a record was updated.

Current Project control block

Field	Description
Project	The ID of a project related to a Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
Description	The description of a project related to a BoQ.
Status	Indicates the status of a project. If the project is closed, you cannot update any information for a BoQ.

Bill Of Quantity grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Id	The unique ID of a BoQ.
Description	The description of a BoQ.
BoQ Status	The status of a BoQ. The status is automatically updated through the workflow actions. When you issue the BoQ, the status changes from Open to Issued. The values are: Open: The BoQ is open for updates. Issued: The BoQ is issued and not open for updates.
Material Summary	The summary of materials used in the work carried out by a BoQ. In the s21025 Material Summary Purposes screen, material summaries with the Used on BoQ checkbox selected, are available for use in the BoQ.
Discipline Code	The code of a BoQ.
Version	The latest version number of a BoQ. The version number is updated when the BoQ is revised through the workflow actions.
Activity	The ID of an activity related to a BoQ.

Field	Description
Product Code Header	The ID and description of a product code header related to a BoQ template.
Description	The description of a product code header related to a BoQ template.
Version	The latest version number of a BoQ template.

Bill Of Quantity Items grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field	Description
Manual Line Description	The description of a manual BoQ item related to a BoQ.
Product Code Header	The ID and description of a product code header related to a BoQ item.
Product Code	The ID of a product code related to a BoQ item. The Product Code dropdown is available only if a value is selected in the Product Code Header dropdown, in the Bill Of Quantity Items grid.
Hierarchy	The hierarchy path of a product code structure related to a BoQ.
Description	The description of a product code related to a BoQ item.
Bill Of Quantity Item Type	The type of a BoQ item. The Bill Of Quantity Item Type field is available when the BoQ is created manually. The valid value is Manual.
Quantity	The amount of work carried out for an item related to a BoQ.
Unit	The unit of measure for the value in the Quantity field.
Construction Area	The ID of a construction area related to a BoQ item.
Version	The latest version number of a BoQ item.
