Update the counted quantity for a checking list item

Update the value in the Counted holding field for a checking list item related to a checking list. For a checking list item, you can use the Confirm action when the counting of an item holding is equal to the value in the System holding field.

In the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog, in the Store Management tab, in the Inventory Checking section, ensure the Allow Copy of Sys. Hold checkbox is selected.

To update the counted quantity for a checking list item

1. Navigate to the s60019 Inventory Checking screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the s60019 menu, in the Options group, select Confirm.

   In the Checking List Items grid, in the General tab, the value in the System holding field is copied to the Counted holding field.

4. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
