Release a general MTO line from on hold state

Release a general Material Take-Off (MTO) line from the on hold state when all the general MTO items are ready for requisition or purchase.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure you save all the changes in the s22041 General MTO screen.

• For a general MTO line, in the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, in the MTO Status field, ensure the value is Working or Confirmed.

To release a general MTO line from on hold state

1. Navigate to the s22041 General MTO screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.

   On the s22041 menu, in the Workflow group, from the OnHold dropdown, select Release Entire MTO.

   A pop-up window appears.

5. To confirm, select Yes.

   In the MTO Lines grid, in the General tab, the value in the On Hold Reason field is removed for the selected general MTO line.

   In the MTO Items grid, for each row, in the General tab, the value in the On Hold Reason field is removed. Additionally, for each row, the value in the Engineering On Hold Qty field is removed.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
