Copy forecast splits from s10007

Copy forecast splits to budget splits. Before you begin, in the Related Data grid, in the F Cast Split tab, in the grid, ensure a record exists.

1. Navigate to the s10007 Project Cost Account Budget screen.

2. In the Current Project control, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Levels and Cost Accounts grid, select a row.

5. In the Cost Accounts grid, select a row.

6. In the Related Data grid, select the Budget Split tab.In the Related Data grid, perform one of the following:

   • To copy forecast splits to original estimate splits, perform the following:

     1. Select the Org Est Split tab.

     2. On the s10007 menu, in the Copy/Import Split values group, select Copy Forecast.

     The forecast splits from the FCast Split tab are copied to the Org Est Split tab.

     In the Org Est Split tab, in the grid, the copied rows appear.

   • To copy forecast splits to budget splits, perform the following:

     3. Select the Budget Split tab.

     4. On the s10007 menu, in the Copy/Import Split values group, select Copy Forecast.

     The forecast splits from the FCast Split tab are copied to the Budget Split tab.

   In the Budget Split tab, in the grid, the copied rows appear.

7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
