View an entity audit

An entity relates to a grid in a screen in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. In case the security configuration is updated in any security screens, such as the s00003 Users, s00029 User Groups, s00030 Roles, and s00031 Role Assignments screens, then the security audit data is logged automatically.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, complete the following:

In the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog, in the System tab, ensure the Enable Audit Log checkbox is selected.

In the s00038 Entity Audit Config screen, in the Entity Audit Configuration grid, ensure the entity type is added.
To view an entity audit

Navigate to the s00035 Entity Audit Log screen.

(Optional) In the Entity Type control block, from the Entity Type dropdown, select an entity type.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.
In the Audits grid, view a list of entity audits per screen and user.

In the Audits grid, select a row.
In the Audit Details grid, view the details of an entity audit transaction such as audit type, entity type, identifier, and so on.

In the Audit Details grid, select a row.
In the Changes tab, view the entity property that is modified in the selected audit transaction, the original value of the property, and the new value of the property.
In the Raw tab, view the transaction information related to an entity audit in JSON (.json) string format.
