s30003 Field descriptions

DRL Number

The unique number to identify a Delivery Request List (DRL). When a new DRL is created, the DRL Number is automatically generated by the system according to the DRL number sequence. The sequence is increased by one every time a new hull material DRL is created.

Picking List Status

The status of a picking list related to a DRL. The value in the Picking List Status field is updated using the Status group.

Difference

Indicates differences exist between a DRL and the related picking list in terms of material items or the sum of requested quantity of materials.

Project

The ID of a project related to a hull material DRL.

Hull Unit

The ID of a hull unit related to a hull material DRL.

Activity

The ID of an activity related to a hull material DRL.

Time Correction

The allowed time difference between the planned start date and the actual start date of an activity. The unit of the time difference (days, weeks, months, and so on) is defined in the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog.

Manual set Production Date

Indicates the Production Date for a hull material DRL is manually assigned by a user and cannot be modifed by any update in the schedule.

Activity Site

The ID of a site related to a hull material DRL activity. The value in the Activity Site field is the location where the activity is performed and the materials are requested.

Stock Site

The ID of a site where the materials in a hull material DRL are received and stored.

Production Group

The ID of a production group related to a part list line.

Responsible Planner

The user responsible for a hull material DRL.

Foreman

The name of a foreman who requires a material.

Transport Address

The ID of an address where the materials in a hull material DRL are transported for delivery.

Weight

The total weight of a hull material DRL.

Work Order

The ID of the work order through which a hull material DRL is related to a job. You can relate multiple hull material DRLs to the same work order and job combination to schedule requisition of materials for different dates towards the same job.

The valid work orders are defined and marked as active in the s70001 Construction Gantt View screen.

Job

The ID of a job related to a hull material DRL. A work order contains multiple jobs.

Remark

The comments related to a hull material DRL.

Line Number

The number to identify individual items in a hull material DRL.

Material Category

The ID of a material category related to a hull material DRL item.

Item Id

The ID of a material defined as the hull material DRL item.

Material Description

The description of a hull material DRL item.

System

The ID of the main system related to a hull material DRL item.

Requested Quantity

The requested quantity of a hull material DRL item.

Requested Unit

The unit of measure of a requisitioned material for the value in the Requested Quantity field.

Outstanding Part List Quantity

The quantity of materials in a part list yet to be billed out to a hull material DRL.

No Pick

Indicates whether the issue of a material from stock is recorded through a picking list. If the No Pick checkbox is selected, a hull material DRL item does not appear in the s60030 Warehouse Dispatch List screen and is not placed on any picking list.

Picking List Quantity

The hull material quantity related to a picking list.

Picked Quantity

The hull material quantity that is picked to match and adjust towards the requested quantity.

Linked to Line No

When a hull material DRL item is split into two hull material DRL items, the Linked to Line No field contains the Line Number of the split hull material DRL item.

Link Type

The type of operation that created a hull material DRL item. The values are:

• Substitute: The hull material DRL item is created to substitute a hull material DRL item.

• Cancel Requirement: The hull material DRL item is created to cancel all or a part of a requirement from the linked hull material DRL item.

• Postpone (RTS): The hull material DRL item is created for a material that was returned to stock for reissue against the same hull material DRL at a later time.

• Cancel Requirement (RTS): The hull material DRL item is created to hold a part of the original hull material DRL item quantity that was in excess and returned to stock.

Holding Total

The total stock holding of a hull material DRL item in a requested unit.

Holding Project

The total stock holding of a hull material DRL item for the project in a requested unit.

On Order

The total quantity of a hull material DRL item on closed purchase orders which is not yet delivered.

Reserved Qty

The reserved quantity of a hull material DRL item in picking list.

Cost Account

The unique number to identify the primary financial cost account related to a hull material DRL item.

Unit Weight

The unit weight of a material defined as a hull material DRL item.

Total Weight

The total weight of a hull material DRL item.

Nesting Id

The nesting ID of a hull material DRL item.

Hull Unit Number

The unique ID of a dimension code of a hull plate or a hull profile material related to a hull material DRL item.
