View follow-up statuses for a quotation

The s50024 Quotation Follow Up Status screen contains five predefined follow-up statuses:

• Complete

• Incomplete

• No answer

• Will respond

• Won't participate

You cannot add or delete a follow-up status.

1. Navigate to the s50024 Quotation Follow Up Status screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Follow Up Status grid, view the list of follow-up statuses used during the follow-up process for a request of quote.
