Refresh the documents in a package

To add additional documents and hyperlinks to an issued concept, you can reopen or revise the concept, add documents and hyperlinks to the concept, and issue the concept again. To synchronize the documents and hyperlinks in the latest issued concept with the list of documents in a package, use the Refresh Concept functionality in the s50051 Document and Attachment Package screen. If you delete a document or a hyperlink related to a concept in the s50016 Technical Material Requisition, s50019 Request for Quote, s50018 Purchase Order screens, then the document is deleted from the s50051 Document and Attachment Package screen for the related concept.

You cannot refresh the documents in an issued package.

  1. Navigate to the s50051 Document and Attachment Package screen.

  2. In the Concept control block, from the Concept dropdown, select a concept.

  3. Based on the selected concept, from the Id dropdown, perform one of the following:

    • If the selected concept is TMR, select the required technical material requisition ID.

    • If the selected concept is RFQ, select the required request for quote ID.

    • If the selected concept is PO, select the required purchase order ID.

  4. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  5. In the Packages grid, select a row.

    The documents related to the selected package appear in the Documents grid.

  6. On the s50051 menu, in the Refresh Concept group, select Refresh Concept.

    The updated list of documents appear in the Documents grid.
