Configure an export staging area

An export staging area is a directory to save files. Configure an export staging area and use the export staging area across AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

1. Navigate to the s12019 Export Staging Areas screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Export Staging Areas grid, a blank row is created.

4. Perform the following:

   • In the Id field, enter the unique ID of an export staging area.

   • In the Dest Appl dropdown, select the ID of a destination application related to an export staging area.

   • In the Dest field, enter the location for the export destination of an application.

5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s12019 Field descriptions.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The export staging area is configured.
