Reschedule the forecast date of a schedule

The forecast date is the date for the completion of the activities related to a schedule. Update the forecast date for all milestones of a schedule using the Duration before milestone and Milestone Duration fields in the Milestones grid.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure the status of the schedule is Open or Change.

• In the Milestones grid, in the General tab, ensure the Actual field is empty.

To reschedule the forecast date of a schedule

1. Navigate to the s52002 Inspection / Expedite Schedule screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Inspection Schedules grid, select a row.

5. On the s52002 menu, in the Scheduling group, select Reschedule Forecast.

   In the Milestones grid, in the General tab, the Forecast Start and Forecast Complete fields for all milestones are updated based on the values in the Duration before milestone and Milestone Duration fields.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
