The default site is the primary delivery location of the materials related to the project. If a default site is not selected from the Default Site dropdown, the materials are delivered to the site defined for the legal entity responsible for the project in the s00009 Legal Entities screen. |

Project Id |
The unique ID of a project. You can update the project ID at any stage of the project. To update the ID of a saved project, ensure you have the Can Update Project Id access right to the s10001 Projects screen. |

Legal Entity |
The legal entity responsible for a project. |
|
Project Type |
The type of project. For example, a submarine project, an aircraft project, a government project, and so on. |
|
Project Manager |
The user responsible for managing a project. |
|
Status |
Indicates the status of a project. If the Status checkbox is selected, the project is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. If the Status checkbox is cleared, the following rules apply:

Invoice Allowed |
Indicates you can issue an invoice related to a project when the project is closed. You can select the Invoice Allowed checkbox only if the Status checkbox is cleared. |

Hours Allowed |
Indicates you can log hours for a project when the project is closed. You can select the Hours Allowed checkbox only if the Status checkbox is cleared. |
|
Project Phase |
The current progress stage of a project. |
|
Start Date |
The planned start date of a project. |
|
Finish Date |
The planned end date of a project. |
|
Default Calendar |
The default calendar related to a project. |
|
Enable immediate creation of Materials for Planning |
When a part list or a delivery request list is created for a project, to decide whether the materials related to the project are immediately assigned to the project plan, you can select one of the following:

Use Weight Factors |
Indicates every activity in a project has a weight factor. The weight factor of a project is 1 and is distributed among the individual activities and child activities related to the project. You can track the progress of a project using the weight factor of every activity in the project. |
|
Standard Material Set |
The group of standard materials used in a project. If you define a standard material set for a project, only the list of standard materials defined in the set is available for use throughout the project. You can only use one standard material set for a project. In the s20011 Standard Materials screen, you can add a standard material to a set defined in the s20025 Standard Material Set screen. |
|
Standard Material Unit Defaults |
The default unit of measurement of a standard material related to a project. When you define a default unit for a standard material in the s10001 Projects screen, the unit defined for the standard material in the s20011 Standard Materials screen is overwritten. If the Standard Material Unit Default required checkbox in the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog is selected, the Standard Material Unit Defaults field is a mandatory field. |

Project Component Unit |
The default unit of measurement of a project component imported in a project by MTO (Material Take-Off) bulk import. If you select a default unit for a project component from the Project Component Unit dropdown, the primary unit of the project component in other applications such as AVEVA E3D or AVEVA NET is overwritten. |
|
System part of Project Component Id |
Indicates the system ID is a part of a project component ID related to a project. For example, if the system ID is SYSTEM01, and the component code is PaintBlue, the project component ID is SYSTEM01PaintBlue. If the System part of Project Component Id checkbox is cleared, the ID entered in the Component Code field in the s20010 Project Components screen becomes the project component ID. For example, if the component code is PaintBlue, the project component ID is PaintBlue. |

Project Component Id Separator |
The symbol that separates the system ID and the component code in a project component ID when the project component is imported by MTO bulk import. You can select an icon from the Project Component Id Separator dropdown only if the System part of Project Component Id checkbox is selected. |
|
Estimate MTO uniqueness by Area and Line/Section only |
Indicates the combination of a construction area and a pipeline is unique in the s22040 Piping MTO screen. If the Estimate MTO uniqueness by Area and Line/Section only checkbox is cleared, you can create multiple records with same the combination of a construction area and a pipeline. Thus, the validation of an estimate MTO and an actual MTO is same and you can create multiple estimate MTO lines in every construction area and pipeline. |

Measurement Scheme |
The measurement scheme used for a project. There are two values:
|

Requisition Scope |
When you create a Technical Material Requisition (TMR) in a project to purchase a list of materials, you can select a requisition scope in the s10001 Projects screen to ensure that materials in the TMR which are already requisitioned or procured in the project are not reordered. For example, in a project, if the requisition scope is project level, and some materials out of the required materials in a TMR are already procured and exist on a site related to the project, only the materials which are not available on any site of the project are ordered. You can select one of the following requisition scopes:

MTO/Part List Approval with Un-issued Sub-Assy/Fab |
The approval and issue method of an MTO and a part list related to a project when the MTO and the part list items contains sub-assemblies and fabricates. A sub-assembly is part of a drawing. You can select one of the following:

|
Enforce uniqueness of various material id for stock-items |
Indicates the uniqueness of the ID of a various material in a project. If the Enforce uniqueness of various material id for stock-items checkbox is selected, the ID of a various material is unique within a project only for the delivery type Stock Item. If the Enforce uniqueness of various material id for stock-items checkbox is cleared, the ID of a various material is not unique within the project, regardless of the delivery type of the various material. |

VDS Document sequence |
Indicates the sequence of a document in a Vendor Deliverables Schedule (VDS) related to a project. You can select one of the following:
|
|
Vendor Resubmission Period |
The expected number of days by when a vendor is required to resubmit a VDS document after the vendor makes changes to the document. Vendor resubmission period is used to calculate the next due date by when you receive the document from the vendor. |
|
Finance Project Id |
The ID of a project as used in the finance system. |
|
Integr Proj Id |
Integration Project Id: The ID of a project in AVEVA E3D. |
|
Source 3D Model |
The data source 3D model for a project. For example, AVEVA E3D, Bently, Cadworx, and so on. |
|
Hull Drawing |
The ID of a hull unit installation drawing related to a project. If you select a drawing from the Hull Drawing dropdown, you can plan the hull fabricate structure. You can add the top node fabricates to the part list of a hull drawing for the hull structure. You can open the list of values for a hull drawing only if the following conditions apply:

Free Receipt Transaction PO |
The ID of a PO which contains free issue materials. Free issue materials are the materials that are not a part of any PO in a project but are received in the stock. In the s60028 Stock Item Delivery Registration screen, the receipt type of a free issue material is Free Receipt. In a project, you can create a free receipt for a material only when a transaction PO is defined in the Free Receipt Transaction PO dropdown. You can select an ID from the Free Receipt Transaction PO dropdown to ensure each material received with a free receipt has a unique PO reference ID that can be required by a third party. |

3D Integration |
The ID of a 3D integration used in a project. You can select a 3D integration to decide the visualization in the screens and dialogs in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management which show a 3D model. For example, 3D integration of the d0069 Installation Kitting dialog. |
|
AVEVA NET Project Id |
The ID of an AVEVA NET project related to an AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management project. You can define an ID in the AVEVA NET Project Id field to map the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management project to the AVEVA NET project. You can import and export documents and 3D models from the AVEVA NET project to the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management project. |

AVEVA NET Import Staging Area |
The path of an AVEVA NET import staging area used to import data such as 3D models and documents related to a project. |
|
ARF Model Storage Area |
The code of an AVEVA rendering framework model cloud storage area where you can store 3D models related to a project. |
|
Template |
Indicates a project is a template project. A template project is a standard project that can help set up projects with the same method and structure as the template project. If the Template checkbox is selected, the project is not included in material status calculations or budget calculations. |
|
Fabrication Project |
Indicates a project is a fabrication project. A fabrication project manages fabricates that are required in different projects. In a fabrication project, for a fabricate, you have to define a standard material in the s20017 Fabricate Catalogue screen to replace the standard material with the fabricate in part lists, pallet lists, and so on. |
|
Use Expediting |
Indicates you can use the s51004 Expediting screen to assign an expeditor to a PO related to a project. |
|
Project specific sites only |
Indicates a project can only use sites that are assigned to the project. If the Project specific sites only checkbox is cleared, the project can use all the sites defined in the s00016 Sites screen. |
|
Only use approved suppliers |
Indicates only a contact of type Supplier defined in the s50013 Contacts screen can be a supplier for a project. If the Only use approved suppliers checkbox is cleared, all the contacts defined in the s50013 Contacts screen can be suppliers for the project. |
|
Use Requisitioning Flow Set up |
Indicates a project uses the requisition flow set up in the s40009 Project Requisition Flow Setup screen to map purchase codes and requisition categories. |
|
Tax Inclusive |
Indicates the tax amount is included in the total amount of materials in a PO related to a project. |
|
Use Cost Accounts in Material Control |
Indicates you have to define a cost account when you define the material requirements for a project through the s21000 Part Lists and s21001 Delivery Request Lists screens. |
|
Financial Account Codes are Required |
Indicates you have to define a financial account code for TMRs, POs, and invoices related to a project. |
|
Collect actual costs for budget |
Indicates a project is included in the budget calculations for all projects. If the Collect actual costs for budget checkbox is cleared for a project, all the values in the project budget defined in the s10006 Project System Budget and s10007 Project Cost Account System Budget screens are not considered in the budget calculation for all projects. You can manually start the budget calculation for all projects using the Budget functionality on the Administration menu. |

Only allow receipt of scheduled fabricates |
Indicates you can only get receipts from the s60005 Receipt of Fabricates screen for the fabricates which are scheduled for construction in a work order or a work package in a project. |
|
Allow activities on fabricate part list line items |
Indicates you can assign the materials required to construct a fabricate in a project to individual activities in the project plan. If the Allow activities on fabricate part list line items checkbox is selected, you cannot assign the fabricate to a work order with the use of Fabrication Kitting functionality in the s11001 Project Gantt View and s70001 Construction Gantt View screen. |

Schedule fabricate part list line items by default |
Indicates that for all fabricates defined in a project, the materials required to construct the fabricates are assigned to activities in the project plan by default. You can select the Schedule fabricate part list line items by default checkbox only if the Allow activities on fabricate part list line items checkbox is selected. |
|
Manual payments entry allowed |
Indicates you can manually add payment information for a PO related to a project in the s53001 Invoice Paid screen. |
|
Use time phase budget |
Indicates you can define a time phase for a project in the s10024 Budget Time Phase screen to use the time phase in the system budget of the project. |
|
Budget is locked/approved |
Indicates the budget of a project is approved and you cannot manually add or change values in the budget. If the Budget is locked/approved checkbox is selected, to change the values in the budget of the project, you have to use the s10010 System Budget Changes screen. |
|
Use Dynamic Material Allocation |
Indicates you can perform material allocation, forecast, and scheduling for engineering MTO related to a project in the s23001 Site MTO screen after the procurement of materials.
|
|
Automated Mto Priority |
The priority number given to each site MTO in a project. |
|
Include VAT |
Indicates that the total order amount of a PO related to a project include value added tax. |
|
Allow Spec Unapprove |
Indicates you can unapprove a specification related to a project in the s81210 Specifications screen. |
|
Auto Sync MR & TMR numbers |
Indicates auto synchronization of an MR number and a TMR number in a project. |
|
Review Required |
Indicates a review is required for the TMR, PO, request for quote, and purchase agreement related to the project. For a project, in the s10001 Projects screen, if the Review Required checkbox is selected, then the Review Required checkboxes in the s50016 Technical Material Requisition, s50018 Purchase Order, s50019 Request for Quote, and s50021 Purchase Agreement screens are selected automatically. |

Ignore Reservations for Picking |
Controls the calculation method used by the system to determine the value in the Available Quantity field for a picking list item. If the Ignore Reservations for Picking checkbox is selected, the system ignores the existing material reservations to determine the available quantity. If the Ignore Reservations for Picking checkbox is cleared, the system considers existing material reservations to determine the available quantity. |

|
IMO Number |
The IMO (International Maritime Organization) number of a vessel related to a project. A vessel is a structure such as a ship or a boat that can float in water. |

Country |
The code to identify the home country of a vessel related to a project. |

Crew |
The number of crew members assigned to a vessel related to a project. |
|
Length Overall |
The overall length of the hull part of a vessel related to a project. The overall length is measured from the most forward part of the fore end of a hull to the most after part of the after end of the hull. |
|
Length Load WL |
The loaded waterline length of the hull part of a vessel related to a project. The loaded waterline length is the length of a horizontal line marked on the side of the hull part of the vessel. The line indicates the submerged depth of the vessel in water while the vessel is carrying the full load. |
|
Width |
The extreme width of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Draught |
The height of the draught of a vessel related to a project. The height of the draught is measured from the waterline of a vessel to the keel of the vessel. |
|
Displacement |
The total weight of a vessel related to a project when the vessel floats in water. The total weight of the vessel includes the weight of everything aboard such as fuel, passengers, cargo, crew, and so on. |
|
Light Ship Displacement |
The weight of a vessel related to a project when the vessel floats in water excluding the weight of everything aboard. |
|
Speed Max |
The maximum speed of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Cruise Speed |
The cruise speed of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Range |
The maximum distance range of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Fuel Capacity |
The fuel capacity of a vessel related to a project. |
|
FW Capacity |
The fresh water capacity of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Power |
The installed propulsion power of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Generating Capacity |
The power generating capacity of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Steel Weight |
The steel weight of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Gross Tonnage |
The nonlinear measure of the overall internal volume of a vessel related to a project. |
|
Net Tonnage |
The total volume of all the locations in a vessel where cargo is loaded. |

Attachment Type |
The type of an attachment. The valid attachment types are defined in the s00072 Attachment Type screen. The Attachment Type field helps in grouping and categorization of the attachments. |

Rev Status |
Revision Status: Indicates the status of a revision. There are three statuses:

Revision |
The revision number of an attachment. When you create a new revision, the revision number increases by one. |
|
Id / Filename |
The ID of a hyperlink or the name of a file attachment. |
|
Title/Description |
The title of a hyperlink or the description of a file attachment. |
|
Stat |
Status: Indicates the status of an attachment. If the Stat checkbox is selected, the attachment is active. |
|
Ext Visible |
Externally Visible: Indicates the attachment is visible in external systems, such as the Supplier Portal. |
|
Links |
Indicates whether the attachment is linked to or from another entity, such as a PO or a TMR. |

Url |
The URL of a hyperlink attachment. |

Check interval (secs): The time interval (in seconds) to check files in a staging area. |

Search Pattern |
The pattern you can use to search files in a staging area. For example, if the search pattern is *.*, to search for an xml file, you can enter *.xml. |
