Receive the outstanding quantity of a fabricate

Receive the total outstanding quantity of a fabricate. After you receive the outstanding quantity of the fabricate, the value in the Outstanding Quantity field is copied to the Received Quantity field.

1. Navigate to the s60005 Receipt of Fabricates screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Receipt Default Values grid, perform the following:

   1. From the Default Site dropdown, select the ID of the site to store the fabricate.

   2. From the Default Storehouse dropdown, select the ID of the storehouse to store the fabricate.

   3. From the Default Location dropdown, select the ID of the location within the storehouse to store the fabricate.

5. In the Receipt of Fabricates grid, select a row.

6. On the s60005 menu, in the Receipt group, select Receive all.

   In the Receipt of Fabricates grid, in the General tab, the value in the Outstanding Quantity field is copied to the Received Quantity field.

   Note: For a fabricate, in the General tab, if the value in the MC field is S (Standard Material) or P (Project Components), then the value in the Approved Quantity field is copied to the Received Quantity field.

7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
