SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Direct Expenses grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Description

Expense Report

The unique ID of a direct expense report.

Effective Date

The date from when the direct expense transactions are included in the project budget follow-up calculation.

Reference

The ID of an expense report, as defined in the external application where the expense report was created.

The unique number to identify individual expense items in a direct expense report.

The ID of a project related to an expense item.

The ID of a system related to an expense item.
