Common fields in the screen

Field

Description

SI

Status Indicator: Indicates the status of a record related to validation errors, warnings, and updates.

Defined By

The ID of a user who created a record.

Defined At

The date and time when a record was created.

Updated By

The ID of a user who updated a record.

Updated At

The date and time when a record was updated.

Tax Code grid

The following table describes the fields in the General tab.

Field

Description

Tax Code

The unique ID of a Value Added Tax (VAT) code.

Title

The description of a VAT code.

Status

Indicates the status of a VAT code. If the Status checkbox is selected, the VAT code is available for use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

Accrued

Indicates the tax value of invoice items is included in the balance calculation of an invoice. Accrued taxes are paid directly to a governing body and do not impact the supplier balance.

Invoice Total

If the Invoice Total checkbox is selected, the tax value is calculated based on the total amount of an invoice. If the Invoice Total checkbox is cleared, the tax value is calculated only for the invoice items with a defined VAT code.

Vat%

The VAT percentage defined for a VAT code.

Title

The description of a VAT percentage defined for a VAT code.

Start Date

The date from when the VAT percentage defined for a VAT code is applicable in the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management system.
