Filter column level data in the data grid

Use the data grid column filters to show and hide the columns.

1. Navigate to the required screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

   In the data grid, records appear.

3. Hover the pointer over a column header and select the dropdown arrow.

4. To display the list of required records in the data grid, select the required checkboxes.

   In the data grid, the required records appear.

   Note:You can filter multiple columns at the same time.

5. (Optional) To clear the filtered records, on the Home menu, in the General tab, select Clear Filters.

   In the data grid, all records appear.
