Clear or hide records in the data grid

You can hide the data grid records from your view. This helps reduce the clutter of some records in the data grid.

1. Navigate to the required screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

   In the data grid, records appear.

3. In the data grid, select the rows that you want to hide.

4. On the Home menu, in the Records group, select Clear.

   The selected records are hidden.

5. (Optional) To view the hidden rows, on the Home menu, in the General group, select Refresh.

   Note: When you hide rows, the ranking of the row does not change.
