View the stock holding at a site

View the holding details of all the items stored at a storehouse within a site. You can view details such as the item ID, description of the item, holding quantity, related material category, and so on.

1. Navigate to the s60035 Location Holding screen.

2. In the Select Location control block, perform the following:

   1. From the Site Id dropdown, select the ID of the required site.

   2. From the Store Id dropdown, select the ID of the required storehouse.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Holding grid, select a row.

   In the General tab, view the holding details of the selected item.

   In the Stock Card tab, view the stock transaction history of the selected item.

   In the Not Delivered tab, view the details of the items that are not delivered yet.

   In the Picking List tab, view the details of the picking list related to the selected item.

   In the Material Details tab, view the details of specific instances of the selected item in a stock holding.
