Allocate an inspection visit to an MMT

Allocate an inspection visit and the related expedite items to a Material Movement Ticket (MMT).

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure the selected MMT is not dispatched.

• Ensure you have the Write or Full Access UI rights to the s51006 Material Movement Ticket screen. For more information on how to define UI access rights, see Assign UI rights to a user role.

To allocate an expedite item to an MMT

1. Navigate to the s51006 Material Movement Ticket screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the required project ID.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material Movement Ticket grid, select a row.

5. On the s51006 menu, in the MMT Options group, select Allocate Inspection Visit.

   The d5203 Select Inspection Visit dialog appears.

6. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

7. In the Inspection Visit grid, select a row.

   In the Visit Items tab, view the items related to the selected inspection visit.

8. Select Select Visit.

   The selected inspection visit is allocated to the MMT. In the Allocated grid, the expedite items related to the selected inspection visit appear.
