Update the baseline date of an expedite item

The baseline date is the agreed date for the completion of the activities related to an expedite item. Before you update the baseline date, in the s52002 Inspection / Expedite Schedule screen, ensure the status of the schedule related to the expedite item is Open or Change.

1. Navigate to the s51004 Expediting screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Expedite Header grid, select a row.

4. In the Expedite Items grid, select the Exp Items tab, and then select a row.

5. On the s51004 menu, in the Scheduling group, select Update Baseline.

   In the Expediting Items grid, in the Exp Items tab, in the Schedule tab, the date in the Forecast field is copied to the Baseline field.

6. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
