Use the ribbon while it is minimized

To work with any of the functionalities in the tabs or groups, while the ribbon is minimized, perform the following:

1. Select the tab to show the functionalities you want to work with.

   The functionalities appear.

2. Select the required functionality.

   Note: After you select the required functionality and navigate away, the ribbon will minimize automatically.
