Release materials reserved for a site MTO

Release material reservations made for a site Material Take-Off (MTO) from a material allocation run.

1. Navigate to the s23003 Material Allocation Run screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material Allocation Run grid, select a row.

5. On the s23003 menu, in the Manage Schedule group, select Release Reservations.

   The d0259 Release Reservations dialog appears.

6. In the Reservation Usage section, select the required option.

7. In the Reservation Origin section, select the required option.

8. Select Ok.

   A pop-up window appears.

9. Read the message and then select Yes.

   The materials reserved for a site MTO included in the material allocation run are released from the run.
