Create picking lists for the Delivery Request List (DRL) line items selected within a specific stock site and store.

  1. Navigate to the s60030 Warehouse Dispatch List screen.

  2. In the Current WareHouse Dispatch List control block, perform the following:

    1. From the Stock Site dropdown, select the required ID of the required site.

    2. From the Store dropdown, select the ID of the required storehouse.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

All the DRLs related to the selected Stock Site and Store, for which there is remaining quantity to allocate in a picking list are displayed.

  4. In the Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

  5. In the Line Items grid, select one or more rows.

  6. To check the material availability for each of the selected materials, perform the following:

    1. In the Line Items grid, select a row.

    2. In the SI (Status Indicator) column, view the status icons. There are three statuses:

      • Red: Zero holding is available in stock for the DRL item.

      • Yellow: The available stock holding for the DRL item covers some but not the complete requirement.

      • Green: The available stock holding for the DRL item covers the complete requirement.

  7. On the s60030 menu, in the Actions group, select Generate Picking List For DRL.

    A pop-up window appears.

Note: In the case where material detail preferences are defined for the selected DRL items, if the material detail preferences are met only for part of the requested quantity, then the d0363 Material Reservation Issues dialog appears. Read the message and then proceed as required.

  8. Select Ok.

The selected materials are removed from the Line Items grid and added to the Picking List grid in the s60031 Picking Lists screen.
