Assign an approval workflow to a project

Assign an approval workflow defined in the s00052 Approval Flows screen to a project. You can assign an approval workflow to multiple projects. If an approval workflow is not assigned to any project, then the approval workflow is considered the default flow for all the projects without an approval workflow.

1. Navigate to the s00053 Approval Project Setup screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Approval Project Setup grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab and perform the following:

   1. From the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

   2. From the Approval Flow dropdown, select the ID of an approval workflow you want to assign to the project.

5. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The approval workflow is assigned to the selected project.
