Copy resources to a project

Copy global resources or project specific resources to the target project.

1. Navigate to the s00021 Resource Definition screen.

2. In the Control Block, perform one of the following:

   • To copy global resources to a project, select Global.

   • To copy project specific resources to another project, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. On the s00021 menu, in the Actions group, select Copy Resources.

   The d0388 Copy Resources dialog appears.

5. In the d0388 Copy Resources dialog, from the Target Project dropdown, select the ID of the project to which you want to copy the resources.

6. In the Options section, perform any of the following:

   • To copy the availability of the resources to the target project, select the Include Availability checkbox.

   • To copy the users related to the resources to the target project, select the Include Responsible User checkbox.

7. Select Save.

   The s00021 Resource Definition screen is refreshed. The Control Block is updated with the details of the target project.

   The resources are copied to the target project.
