Database actions for major version upgrades

When you perform a major version upgrade, for example from 18.1.1.0 to 19.0.0.0, re-run the Initialize Database and Create Database Schema actions in the AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management Deployment Manager. The actions ensure that the newly introduced system grants and synonyms are added. When both actions are re-run, the missing objects are added without affecting the existing objects.
