Combine material summaries

Create a copy of one or more material summaries. When you select multiple material summaries, a combination of the selected material summaries is created.

1. Navigate to the s21026 Material Summaries screen.

2. In the Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Summaries grid, select one or more rows.

5. On the s21026 menu, in the Options group, select Combine Summaries.

   The d0333 Combine Summaries dialog appears.

6. From the Purpose dropdown, select the required purpose.

7. Select Create Summary.

   A pop-up window appears.

8. In the pop-up window, perform any of the following:

   • To recalculate and combine the selected material summaries without the latest material take-off or part list revision updates, select Continue Without Recalculating.

   • To clear adjustments made in the Summary Content grid, in the Materials tab, and recalculate and combine the selected material summaries, select Clear adjustments and Recalculate.

   • To keep adjustments made in the Summary Content grid, in the Materials tab, and recalculate and combine the selected material summaries, select Keep adjustments and Recalculate.

   A copy of the selected summaries is created.
