Bulk update expedite items

Update expedite items of a purchase order in bulk. For example, you can update forecast delivery date, Material Movement Ticket (MMT), and shipping time of all the expedite items related to a PO simultaneously.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• In the d0073 ERM System Settings dialog, in the Expediting and Logistics tab, ensure the Restrictions for assigning MMT to Expediting Items checkbox is selected.

• In the Expedite Header grid, in the MMT tab, ensure the MMT field is updated for the expedite item.

To bulk update expedite items

1. Navigate to the s51004 Expediting screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Expedite Header grid, select a row.

4. In the Expedite Items grid, select the Exp Items tab, and then select one or more rows.

5. On the s51004 menu, in the Actions group, from the Handling of Items dropdown, select Bulk Updates.

   The d0080 Bulk Update dialog appears.

6. Perform any of the following:

   • From the Forecast Delivery Date dropdown, select the date when the expedite items is expected for delivery.

   • From the MMT dropdown, select the material movement ticket related to the expedite items.

   • From the Ship Time dropdown, select the shipping time for the expedite items.

7. Select Update.

   The selected expedite items are updated.

8. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
