Add project components to a TMR

Add predefined project components from the catalogue to a Technical Material Requisition (TMR). For the TMR, in the Technical Material Requisition Header grid, in the General tab, in the Internal status field, ensure the value is Create/Change.

Navigate to the s50016 Technical Material Requisition screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the Technical Material Requisition Header grid, select a row.

On the s50016 menu, in the Add Positions group, from the From Catalogue dropdown, select Project components.
The d0002 Project Component Multi Item Select dialog appears.

To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

In the ProjectComponent grid, select one or more materials, and then select the Enter key.
The selected materials appear in the Selected Items grid.

In the Selected Items grid, in the Req Quantity field, enter the required quantity for each material.

Select Insert.
In the Position grid, in the Technical Material Requisition Position tab, in the Technical Material Requisition Position grid, the selected materials appear.

In the Technical Material Requisition Position grid, select a row, select the Delivery tab, and then perform the following:

From the Required on Site At dropdown, select the date when the materials are required on site.

From the Delivery Required At dropdown, select the date when the materials are required to be delivered at the location set in the delivery terms.
Note: Repeat step 9 for each row.

(Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s50016 Field descriptions.

On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
The project components are added to the TMR.
