Add project components to a DRL

Add predefined project components from the catalogue to a Delivery Request List (DRL). You can add project components to a DRL only if the status of the DRL is DRL Not Completed.

  1. Navigate to the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

  2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  3. In the Delivery Rlequest List grid, select a row.

  4. On the s21001 menu, in the Add Positions group, from the From Catalogue dropdown, select Project Components.

    The d0002 Project Component Multi Item Select dialog appears.

  5. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

    The project components in the Fully Validated status appear.

  6. In the ProjectComponent grid, select one or more materials, and then select the Enter key.

    The selected materials appear in the Selected Items grid.

  7. In the Selected Items grid, in the Req Quantity field, enter the required quantity for each material.

  8. Select Insert.

    The materials appear in the Line Item grid.

  9. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s21001 Field descriptions.

  10. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The project components are added to the DRL.
