Publish status

View the publish status in the s21020 Publish Status screen. The various publish statuses are as follows:

• Not Published

• Changed

• Published

To view the publish status

1. Navigate to the required screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

   In the data grid, records appear.

3. In the data grid, select a row.

4. On the Data Management tab, in the Export group, select Publish Status.

   The s12020 Publish Status screen appears. In the data grid, view the publish status of the selected item.
