Create a product and service code

A product and service code is an ID to categorize a standard material, a project component, a fabricate, a hull plate, or a hull profile.

1. Navigate to the s50055 Product And Service Code screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Product And Service Code grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Id: The unique ID of a product and service code.

   • Description: The description of the product and service code.

5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s50055 Field description.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The product and service code is created.
