Import a static text translation

Import a static text translation from a local folder to AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management in the .csv UTF-8 encoded format.

  1. Navigate to the s00015 Translation of Static Texts screen.

  2. In the Control Block, perform the following:

    1. From the Language dropdown, select the required language ID.

    2. (Optional) From the Screen/Report/Dialog dropdown, select the ID of a screen, a report, or a dialog related to the static text.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the Static Texts grid, select a row.

  5. On the s00015 menu, in the Import/Export Actions group, select Import.

    The Select Target UTF-8 Encoded File dialog appears.

  6. Navigate to the location of the file you want to import.

  7. Select the file and select Open.

    Ensure you select only a single file.

  8. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s00015 Field descriptions.

  9. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    In the Static Texts grid, the imported static text appears.
