Release an item in a fabricate part list from on hold state

Release an item in a fabricate part list from the on hold state when the item is ready for requisition or purchase.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure you save all the changes in the fabricate part list.

• Ensure the external status of the fabricate part list is PL is Open.

• Ensure the selected fabricate part list item is in the on hold status.

To release an item in a fabricate part list from on hold state

1. Navigate to the s21015 Fabricate Part List screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Part Lists grid, select a row.

4. In the Part List Items grid, select a row.

5. On the s21015 menu, in the Status group, from the OnHold dropdown, select Release Items.

   A pop-up window appears.

6. To confirm, select Yes.

   In the Part List Items grid, in the General tab, the values in the On Hold Reason and the Engineering On Hold Qty fields are removed for the selected part list item.

7. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
