Update a DRL and picking list status

Update the code and description of a predefined Delivery Request List (DRL) status or picking list status.
The updates do not affect the functionality of the DRL status or the picking list status in AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management. The s21010 DRL - Picking List Status screen contains five predefined status codes:

O-DRL (DRL Not Completed): Indicates the DRL is incomplete.

C-DRL (DRL Completed): Indicates the DRL is complete and all validations related to the DRL are performed.

WAREH (DRL in Warehouse Dispatch List): Indicates a DRL is released to the warehouse and appears in the s60030 Warehouse Dispatch List screen. You can transfer the DRL to specific warehouses and create a picking list related to the DRL to pick the DRL items.

CPICK (Picking List Created): Indicates a picking list is created for a DRL. You cannot update a DRL after you create a picking list for the DRL.

PPICK (Picking List Picked): Indicates all the DRL items are picked.
You cannot add or delete a DRL status or a picking list status.

Navigate to the s21010 DRL - Picking List Status screen.

To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

In the DRL - Picking List Status grid, select a row.

Select the General tab and update the relevant details in the following fields:

Code: The unique code of a DRL status or a picking list status.

Description: The description of the DRL status code or the picking list status code.

To save changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
