View the authorization details for a user

View the access rights assigned to a user for a screen. For example, if a user is granted access to the s00004 Languages and the s00006 Currencies screens, you can control the level of access by assigning Full Access rights to the s00004 Languages screen and Read access rights to the s00006 Currencies screen. As a result, the user can access all the objects supported in the s00004 Languages screen but only view the data in the s00006 Currencies screen. Additionally, you can view the user profiles restricted to a specific project.

1. Navigate to the s00061 User Authorization screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

   View the list of users and the access rights assigned to each user.
