Create an inspection test requirement code

An Inspection Test Requirement (ITR) is a test requirement for inspection related to a Technical Material Requisition (TMR) header or a TMR item. An ITR code contains the identification details of the inspection test requirement like ITR code ID, description, inspection stage, and so on. Create an ITR code to use throughout AVEVA Enterprise Resource Management.

1. Navigate to the s52016 Inspection Test Requirement Codes screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Inspection Test Requirement Codes grid, a blank row is created.

4. Select the General tab and enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Id: The unique ID of an ITR code.

   • Description: The description of the ITR code.

5. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s52016 Field descriptions.

6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

   The ITR code is created.
