Add a journal note to a procurement schedule

Add a journal note to a procurement schedule.

  1. Navigate to the s50039 Procurement Status screen.

  2. In the Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

  3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

  4. In the Procurement Schedule grid, select a row.

  5. In the Schedule Details grid, in the Journal tab, select anywhere in the Journal grid.

  6. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

    In the Journal grid, a row is created.

  7. In the Note field, enter the comments related to the status of the procurement schedule.

    The journal note is added to the selected procurement schedule.

  8. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
