View the history of a material allocation run

View the allocation results of previous material allocation runs.

1. Navigate to the s23003 Material Allocation Run screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material Allocation Run grid, select a row.

5. On the s23003 menu, in the Manage Run group, select Process Run History.

   The d0252 Process Run History Log dialog appears.

6. In the Process Run History grid, select a row.

7. To apply the settings of the selected previous run to the current material allocation run selected in the s23003 Material Allocation Run screen, select Apply Settings To Current Schedule.

   A pop-up window appears.

8. In the pop-up window, perform one of the following:

   • To apply the settings and start the material allocation run, select Yes, Apply Setting and Start Run.

     In the Allocation Result Details grid, view the results of the material allocation run.

   • To only apply the settings for the current material allocation run, perform the following:

     1. Select Yes, Apply Settings.

     2. To close the d0252 Process Run History Log dialog, select Exit.
