Apply site rules to a piping MTO line

A site rule defines the default setting for the Site field of a piping Material Take-Off (MTO) item, as defined in the s21019 Site Allocation Setup screen. Based on the site allocation rule defined in the Site Rule field, the Site field of the piping MTO item is updated. If no site allocation rule applies to a piping MTO item, then no updates are made for the item.

1. Navigate to the s22040 Piping MTO screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the MTO Lines grid, select a row.

5. On the s22040 menu, in the Options group, select Apply Site Rules.

   In the MTO Items grid, in the General tab, the Site and the Site Rule fields of the all the piping MTO items related to the selected piping MTO line are updated.
