Create an included certificate

Create and update additional certificates that are linked to a material certificate. You can package several documents and certificates into a single material certificate using the Included Certificates tab.

1. Navigate to the s60003 Certificates and Charge screen.

2. Perform one of the following as required:

   • Select the Purchase Order Items tab.

   • Select the Make Fabricates tab.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. Perform one of the following as required:

   • In the Purchase Order Items tab, in the Purchase Order Items Block grid, select a row.

   • In the Make Fabricates tab, in the Make Fabricates grid, select a row.

5. In the Material Certificate grid, select a row.

6. Select the Included Certificates tab.

7. Select anywhere in the Included Certificate grid.

8. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Create.

   In the Included Certificate grid, a blank row is created.

9. Enter the relevant details in the following fields:

   • Certificate Id: The ID of the certificate attached to a Purchase Order (PO) item.

   • Charge Id: The charge ID related to the PO item. The Charge ID is available in the certificate selected in the Certificate ID field.

   • Suppl Batch Id: The ID of the batch in which items are delivered by a supplier. The batch ID is available in the certificate selected in the Certificate ID field.

   • Remark: The comments related to an included certificate.

     Note: To define multiple included certificates for a material certificate, repeat steps 6–8.

10. On the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.

    The included certificate is created.
