View the results of filtered material allocation run items

Filter and view the results of material allocation run items.

1. Navigate to the s23003 Material Allocation Run screen.

2. In the Current Project control block, from the Project dropdown, select the ID of the required project.

3. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

4. In the Material Allocation Run grid, select a row.

5. On the s23003 menu, in the Line Items to Display group, perform one of the following:

   • To hide items that are not part of the selected material allocation run, select Hide Unrelated.

   • To hide items that are already allocated to a site Material Take-Off (MTO), select Hide Already Allocated.

   • To hide items that are unavailable for allocation to a site MTO, select Hide Unallocated.

   • To display all the items in the selected material allocation run, select Show All.

   In the Allocation Result Details grid, in the Line Items tab, the relevant items appear.
