Add a material allocation package item to a DRL

Add a material allocation package item to a Delivery Request List (DRL).

Prerequisites

Before you begin, complete the following:

• Ensure the status of the DRL is DRL Not Completed.

• In the s23002 Material Allocation Package screen, ensure the Status checkbox of the material allocation package is selected.

To add a material allocation package item to a DRL

1. Navigate to the s21001 Delivery Request Lists screen.

2. To refresh the screen, select the F5 key.

3. In the Delivery Request List grid, select a row.

4. On the s21001 menu, in the Add Positions group, from the From Project Requirements dropdown, select Material Allocation Package.

   The d0393 Select Material Allocation Package dialog appears.

5. To refresh the dialog, select the F5 key.

   In the left grid, all the material allocation packages appear.

6. In the left grid, select an item you want to add to the selected DRL, and then select the right arrow.

   The selected items appear in the right grid.

7. Select Ok.

   The items appear in the Line Item grid.

8. (Optional) Enter the relevant details in other fields as required. For more information on all the fields, see s21001 Field descriptions.

9. To save the changes, on the Home menu, in the Record group, select Save.
