Revision |
The revision number of a material summary. |

Status |
The status of a material summary. The status is automatically updated through the workflow actions. When you issue a material summary, the status changes from Open to Issued. The values are:

Purpose |
The ID of the purpose of a material summary. A material summary purpose categorizes material summaries based on the intended use of a material summary. A material summary purpose is defined in the s21025 Material Summary Purposes screen. |

The description of a material summary. |

Content Updated at |
The date and time when a material summary was updated. |
|
Discipline |
The drawing discipline related to a material summary. |
|
Project Phase |
The ID of a project phase related to a material summary. A project phase indicates the maturity of the Material Take-Offs (MTOs) or part lists included in a material summary. The project phase also determines which surplus and working contingency rules to apply to a material summary when phase specific rules are in use. |

Remark |
The comments related to a material summary. |

Filter |
The filter criteria to select site MTOs or part lists for a material summary. |

Indicates the MTO items are included in a material summary. |

Assign Method |
The method through which an MTO is included in a material summary. You can add an MTO to a material summary through a filter or manually. If MTOs are added to a material summary through a filter as well as manually, then the value in the Assign Method field is Manually. The values are:

Summary Version |
The version of an MTO included in a material summary. |
|
Construction Area |
The ID of a construction area related to an MTO included in a material summary. |

Drawing No |
The drawing number related to an MTO included in a material summary. |
|
Current Version |
The version number of an MTO included in a material summary. |
|
Sheet Number |
The drawing sheet number related to an MTO included in a material summary. |
|
MTO Type |
The ID of an MTO type related to an MTO included in a material summary. |
|
Discipline |
The drawing discipline related to an MTO included in a material summary. |

The quantity of an item in all the MTOs included in a material summary. The value in the Mto Qty field does not include MTO quantities on hold. |

Hold Qty |
The quantity of an item on hold in all the MTOs included in a material summary. |
|
Total Summary Qty |
The total quantity of an item included in a material summary. The value in the Total Summary Qty field includes the value in the Mto Qty field and any adjustments made through the values in the Working Surplus and the Contingency fields. |

Adjustment Qty |
The quantity of an item added to or removed from the value in the Mto Qty field. |
|
Adjustment |
The percentage of the quantity of an item added to or removed from the value in the Mto Qty field. |
|
Working Surplus |
The working surplus quantity of an item added to the value in the Mto Qty field based on the settings defined in the s40002 Working Surplus Contingency screen. |

Contingency |
The contingency quantity of an item added to the value in the Mto Qty field based on the settings defined in the s40002 Working Surplus Contingency screen. |
|
Rounding |
The quantity of an item added to the value in the Mto Qty field other than the working surplus and the contingency quantities to make the value in the Total Summary Qty field adhere to the rounding rules defined for the material class defined in the s40002 Working Surplus Contingency screen. |
